Can I make any changes to my order that I have placed?
We start processing your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the My Cotton Line Customer Service team as soon as possible, we will be happy to help you.
How will my purchased item be delivered, and how long will delivery take?
We will deliver your purchased item within 4-6 business days, excluding customs processing times. During peak season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that My Cotton Line is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.

How do I make a return?
We hope you love everything you order from us. But if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to return it. For detailed instructions, please click option Return and Refund. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail or WhatsApp message. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

How should I care for my garment?
How you should care for your products depends on the material they are made from.
COTTON CARE GUIDE:
Cotton can be machine washed at 30°C or hand washed. Use a mesh bag for delicate items to prevent snagging or twisting.
Mend small holes by turning the garment inside out, using a needle and carefully arranging nearby threads to cover the tear. Iron-on fusible interfacing can also disguise damaged fibers.
Pre-treat stains before washing with a stain remover. For darker pieces, patch-test on an inside seam to check the colour won’t be affected.
Hang cotton to dry, as heat from tumble dryers can cause shrinkage.
LINEN CARE GUIDE
Machine wash on a low spin at 30°C to retain fiber strength and any dye. Use lukewarm water when hand washing. Avoid frequent washing and ventilate between wears. Avoid thin wire hangers or clips that can leave impressions or distort the garment. Always air-dry.
