Returns & Refunds

With the following conditions, you can return purchased items that have been ordered and received:

  • The item you receive does not match the order, based on the article name and color.
  • The item you receive is defective or damaged.
  • Items can be returned within a maximum of 7 days after the items are receipt.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unironned, and have the price tag attached.

Customers are required to record and send an unboxing video upon receipt of the package to file a complaint.

Contact My Cotton Line Customer Service within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the purchased items, including the following information: order number, article name, reason for return, account number for refund, and photo attachments of the purchased item you received.

Send your return package to our warehouse.

After the return package is received and checked by our warehouse team, the refund will be processed and sent to your bank account within a maximum of 14 working days.

The estimated time for the return package to arrive at our warehouse depends on the shipping service used.
